Nike Air Force 1 Low x Ambush

This bold Nike Air Force 1 Low x Ambush was created in collaboration with avant garde designer Yoon Ahn and her luxury fashion label. While its vivid tones are inspired by the techno scene, its dashing accents emulate the look of someone riding a motorbike, giving the design an incredibly unique look. A rich tone of Game Royal covers most of the sneaker, including the entirety of the sole unit. This sturdy base incorporates the classic AF1 combination of an outsole with circular grip patterns for excellent traction alongside a midsole with Air cushioning for supreme comfort.

Game Royal also decorates the premium leather sections of the upper, firstly covering the perforated toe box and the overlay that encircles it, then moving back through the eyestay and midfoot panels, before finishing on the rear overlay. The laces carry this vibrant shade of blue as well, though they can be swapped out for another set in the second powerful colour to appear on this design – Vivid Sulphur. This golden yellow hue highlights certain elements across the sneaker, creating a series of dynamic contrasts. It shows up on the Nike and Ambush branding of the blue canvas tongue patch, underneath which the leather tongue has its foam revealed. This pairing is repeated on the insole, where the Ambush text extends along the whole length of the foot in large capitalised letters.

At the bottom of the eyestay, the laces are secured by a Vivid Sulphur dubrae with chunky AF1 text emerging from its surface. A solid Game Royal TPU panel with the word “Ambush” embossed onto it rises from the seam where the midsole meets the upper around the heel, once again giving a nod to automotive design. Above this, the leather heel panel, which is also slightly raised, is Vivid Sulphur and has a swoosh pressed into it. The final captivating feature to adorn this sneaker is the distinctive Vivid Sulphur swoosh that lies across each flank. These solid Nike logos have been lengthened so that they reach beyond the heel, thus completing the design with an eye-catching flourish.
